Apple & Cinnamon Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to have a breakfast if you’re in a rush, late or not a breakfast person. The blend of an apple a low GI fruit and cinnamon is a match made in heaven, in the flavour department. Cinnamon the spice are fantastic at supporting blood sugar in the body.

1 medium size apple

1 scoop of protein powder- NuZest

2 large fist full of fresh spinach

Cup of water or milk of your choice

½ avocado

½ teaspoon of ground ceylon cinnamon

Blitz in your blender and add more water or milk as it will be very thick
