Classic Guacamole

I love avocados, yes they are a form of fat. But it’s the healthy fat, mostly monounsaturated fats. Not only does it contain fat it’s also got an abundant amount of Pantothenic acid, vitamin k, Potassium, Fibre, Copper, B6, and Folate. Great for inflammation, anti- oxidated and for fat loss. Make sure that you keep a stone in the mixture, if you have any left over, this will stop it going brown.

 

½ a small red onion – chopped finely

1-2 fresh red chillies- chopped and deseeded if you like it hot!

3 ripe avocados

1 bunch of fresh coriander chopped

6 ripe cherry tomatoes- diced

2 limes, juice from

Cold pressed olive oil

Himalayan salt

Freshly ground black pepper

 

Place all ingredients into food processor or blender and blitz until smooth, season and enjoy with a cracker or chopped veggies.
